RETURN POLICY

We at Daily’s Lifewear always want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for refund or an exchange under the following terms and conditions:

1.            DAMAGED ITEM. If an item was damaged or defective upon receipt, please return it in the state you received it. We will issue a full refund, or perform an exchange if preferred.

 

2.            FORM OF PAYMENT. For returned items, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, or through exchange if preferred. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable, unless otherwise stated.

 

3.            EXCLUDED ITEMS. All items, with the exception of clearance items, are eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item does not meet the above criteria or at the discretion of management.

 

5.     ONLINE RETURNS. For items purchased online, returns are accepted within 20 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at DailysLifewear.com or email at contact@DailysLifewear.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your original order number and reason for the return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed once your return is received.

 

6.     RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items that are being returned because they are defective or damaged, will include a prepaid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned for other reasons will be paid for by the customer.

 

7.     RESTOCKING FEE. We don’t charge restocking fees! So shop Daily’s with confidence.
